Delivery confirmation
After placing an order in the northdip.com online store, you will receive an order confirmation in your email if you have provided us with your email address.
Order tracking
You will receive an order confirmation from us in your e-mail when the order has been processed and delivered to be transported by the transport company. In the message, you will receive a shipment tracking code, which you can use to monitor the progress of your shipment from the carrier.
Pickup of the delivery is blocked
If you didn't have time to pick up your order at the pick-up point, the post office usually keeps your orders for about 7 days. Uncollected orders are automatically returned to the sender after the collection time has expired. In this case, our customer service will refund the order automatically, unless it is a gift card. You will be notified separately by e-mail about the refund, and it is not possible to reactivate a canceled order. However, you can place a new order for the same product if you wish.
The product has been damaged during delivery
Please contact us by email within 48 hours of receiving the product if it has been damaged during shipping. Failure to do so may affect the shipping insurance claim and result in the claim not being paid.

If your order does not arrive by the stated date, please contact customer service. Although we strive to deliver orders within the stated time, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen reasons and reasons beyond our control. If the delivery time exceeds 50 days, you can cancel your order.
