Factory warranty 1 year

Products purchased from the Northdip.com online store have a 1-year factory warranty if the product has been used according to the instructions.
The 1-year factory warranty covers construction or leakage defects for 12 months from the date of purchase.
If the product is found to be defective, we will offer a replacement product. You must provide proof of purchase and we reserve the right to inspect the product to determine if it is defective.
The product has been damaged during delivery
Please contact us via email at info@northdip.com within 48 hours of receiving the product if it has been damaged during shipping. If this is not done, it may affect the shipping insurance compensation and lead to the compensation not being paid.
Credit
If the product has been complained to us in accordance with our instructions and it is found to be defective, then a replacement product will be delivered to the place according to the stock situation, a gift card or a refund will be issued.
