EU region: Exchange and return conditions 14 days
If everything didn't go according to plan, for example the delivered product is wrong, faulty or damaged, the products you bought have a 14-day exchange and return right in the EU.
The return time is calculated from the moment the product is received. A return form with the information for the return is delivered with the product. You can also print the return form " here ".
The 14-day exchange and return right is free of charge for the customer, when it is done according to the instructions, the product has not been used and it is in the original packaging, which is in good condition for sale.
If the product is not in like-new condition and salable, we reserve the right to exchange and return and charge the customer for the cost of the product and delivery.
Return instructions:
1. Fill out the return form that came with the package. If the form has been lost, print it "here" or contact our customer service via the "contact us" link, and we will send you a new one as soon as possible.
2. Pack the unused product in the original packaging with the return form in durable packaging. If the return form is missing, unfortunately we cannot process the return, so please make sure that the return form is definitely included!
3. Fill in the address information with your own contact information. Cut it out and tape it over the package. You can find the address information in the link on the return form.
4. Deliver the package to Posti and use our customer service ID when returning it. We are responsible for the return costs, as long as the return is made as Posti's free customer return in accordance with these instructions.
5. The receipt received in connection with the return is proof that the return has been made. Please keep the receipt until you receive a notification in your e-mail about the processing of the return.
6. Malta for a moment! We will review your return within 14 days of receiving it. We will refund your return according to the payment method via Paytrail to the bank account from which the payment was originally made. We will replace missing or damaged products with a new product whenever possible. If we cannot offer an equivalent product, we will refund your money in full. Either way, you will receive an email notification from us about the return.
7. If the product is not unused, in like-new condition and salable, we reserve the right to exchange and return and charge the customer for the cost of the product and delivery.
Non-EU countries: No right of exchange or return
Unfortunately, we cannot currently accept exchanges or returns from our customers outside the EU. However, we are constantly working to be able to serve our customers living outside the EU even better.

The free 90-day return policy presented on the Northdip.com website only applies to the Northdip Basic cold pool.
We offer a free worldwide return policy of 90 days for Northdip Basic cold pools purchased from the northdip.com online store under the following conditions:
- If more than 14 days have passed since receiving the goods, contact our customer service via the "contact us" link, and we will give you instructions on how to make a return.
- If you live outside the EU area, ALWAYS contact our customer service first via the "contact us" link about the return, and we will give you instructions on how to make the return.
- The cold pool has not been used and is in its original packaging, which is in good condition.
- Does not include exchange rights.
- If the product is not unused, in like-new condition and salable, we reserve the right to a free worldwide 90-day exchange and return right and charge the customer the costs of the cold storage and delivery.
